Cr. Misc. No. 36570 of 2011, in place of Cr. Misc. No.

32890 of 2011, it has wrongly been typed as Cr. Misc. No.

36570 of 2011, that is why, the case has not been listed

before this court.

Call for a report from learned Sessions Judge,

Katihar in connection with Sessions Trial No. 505 of 2010

about the expected time to be taken by him in conclusion

of the above-said Sessions Trial No. 505 of 2010.

The aforesaid report must reach to this court

within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order and

list the matter immediately after receipt of the same.
