03. 10.11.2010 In the earlier order of rejection dated 5.10.2009 the Court

has taken note of the material which has emerged in the case diary and

the role which came to be played by the petitioner in the murder of the

deceased.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected a second time

over.

Trial court is directed now to take steps for expediting the

trial and to ensure presence of the witnesses in this regard.
