of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Pupari at Sitamarhi.

Requisites for issuance of notices must be filed

within a period of one week from today, failing which this

application shall stand rejected without further reference

to a Bench.

List this case on appearance of Opposite Party

No. 2.

In the mean time, further proceedings of the

aforesaid case shall remain stayed.
