ORAL
ORDER

The
dispute between the parties is whether the present petitioner was a
co-parcener and was entitled for mutation of his name in the
revenue records, as he alleges, or, whether the petitioner played a
fraud by producing someone else for recording the statements and
whether the entries made in favour of the petitioner were genuine or
fraudulent.

Call
for the original records of the inquiry relating to Entry Nos.2203
and 2395. Learned A.G.P. shall be obliged to call for the records
and produce the same before the court, on the nest date of hearing.

Put
up on 31/1/2007.
