K.M.JOSEPH,J

The petitioner has approached this Court complaining of

harassment by the police by interfering in the civil disputes and

demanding illegal payments.

2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions,

submits that a complaint is received from one Sunil against the

petitioner and after enquiry, it is found that the matter is of civil

nature and the police will not interfere in the matter.

3. We record the same and close the writ petition.
