Masaurhi, Paqtna with regard to the stage of

Masaurhi P.S. Case No.142 of 1986 and as to

within what time the trial is likely to be

concluded.

The trial court shall also report as to

how many charge sheet witnesses have been

examined and how many of them have remained

to be examined, and what steps have been

taken for production of those witnesses for

recording their evidence.
