On the point of bail, Mr. Ajay Kumar

Thakur, learned counsel for the appellants submitted

that allegations against all the appellants are general

in nature.

Considering the facts and circumstances of

the case, during the pendency of the appeal, the

appellants above named are directed to be released on

furnishing of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten

thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount

each to the satisfaction of the learned 4th Additional

Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Sessions

Trial No. 81 of 1993.
