2/ 29.11.2010 It has been submitted that even today the petitioners are
ready to settle the dispute with the opposite party no.2.
Issue notice to the opposite party no.2 to show cause as to
why this application be not admitted and disposed of, if possible, at
the admission stage itself.
Requisites under registered cover with A.D. as also under
ordinary process must be filed within ten days, failing which, this
application, as against her, shall stand rejected without further
reference to the Bench.
Rule is made returnable within three months.
