Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Chief Standing Counsel
for the opposite parties.

On account of non-payment of the road tax and permit tax , the vehicle of the
petitioner has been seized by the opposite parties. Now the petitioner is ready
to pay the entire due in easy installments .

Respondents’ counsel submits that he has no objection in case petitioner pays
the entire dues on early date may be in easy installments.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of finally with liberty to the
petitioner to pay the entire dues in bimonthly two installments. The petitioner
shall pay the first installment within one month from today.

As and when the first installment is deposited by the petitioner, the
respondents shall release the vehicle in question forthwith. In the event of
default of payment of dues, it shall be open to the respondents to proceed in
accordance with law to recover the dues.

Subject to above, the writ petition is disposed of finally
