This writ petition is of 2008 challenging the order of suspension passed on
7.11.2008 by the Deputy General Manager, Allahabad Bank, Zonal Office,
Sitapur.

With the passage of time the cause of action may not survive today and even
the departmental enquiry, if any, would have been completed. Further, if the
same has not been completed till date, it shall be completed within a period of
three months from the date of receiving a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions this writ petition is disposed of.
