ORAL ORDER

This
application has been filed with a prayer to fix an early date of
final hearing for Special Civil Application No.3880/2009.

Heard
Mr.P.B.Khambholja, learned advocate for Mr.N.K.Majmudar, learned
counsel for the applicant (original petitioner) and perused the
averments made in the application.

For
reasons stated therein, the prayer for early hearing of the petition
made in the application, deserves to be granted.
