ORDER

1. Rule.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr.Kodekar waives service on
behalf of the State.

2. Following
aspects are considered:-

2.1 The
allegation against the applicant is that of misappropriation of
moneys.

2.2 The
amounts in question appear to have been deposited prima facie
considering the xerox copy of the receipt produced on record of this
application.

2.3 Investigation
is over.

2.4 The
case depends mainly on documentary evidence which has already been
collected.

3. Considering
the above aspects, the application deserves to be allowed and is
allowed. The application is allowed and the applicant is ordered to
be released on bail in connection with Crime Register No.I 199 of
2009 of Gorva Police Station, Vadodara on his executing a bond of
Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with one surety of the like
amount to the satisfaction of the lower Court subject to such
conditions which the lower Court may deem fit to impose.

4. Rule
is made absolute. Direct service is permitted.
