ORDER

Rule.

Mr.Chetan Pandya, learned Advocate waives service of notice of rule
on behalf of the respondent.

Present
application is filed by the applicant ? original plaintiff of
Special Civil Suit No.182 of 2007 for an appropriate order directing
learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Gandhinagar to hear and decide
Special Civil Suit No.182 of 2007 on or before 31.01.2009.

Considering
the averments in the application and as the learned Advocates
appearing on behalf of the respective parties have consented to
cooperate the learned trial Court in early disposal of the aforesaid
Suit, learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Gandhinagar is directed
to decide and dispose of the Special Civil Suit No.182 of 2007 as
expeditiously as possible but not later than 31.12.2009 subject to
cooperation of all concerned. If the pleadings are not completed,
same shall be completed within a period of 4(four) months from today.
The application is partly allowed. Rule is made absolute to the
aforesaid extent.
