ORAL
ORDER

Grievance
of the petitioner is that though he has filed a complaint in writing
before the concerned Police Station, the same is not being registered
as FIR nor investigation is being undertaken. Counsel for the
petitioner stated that though previously also a copy of the complaint
was forwarded to the higher authorities, i.e. Commissioner of
Police, Vadodara and the Director General of Police, Gandhinagar,
the petitioner shall make a representation to the Commissioner of
Police, Vadodara regarding inaction on the part of the concerned
police inspector. If such representation is made, the same shall be
considered expeditiously and steps as may be found necessary in the
facts of the case in accordance with law be taken. The petitioner
be communicated the result thereof as early as possible.

With
the above direction, the petition is disposed of.

Direct
service.
