ORAL
JUDGMENT

The
appellant-accused has been convicted for the offences under Sections
307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 37(1) and 135
of the Bombay Police Act in Sessions Case No.86/2004 by the Learned
Presiding Officer, 13th Fast Track Court, Gondal vide
Judgment & Order dated 28.06.2005.

However,
as it transpires from the jail remarksheet, the appellant-accused has
been released from the jail on 01.05.2010 pursuant to the Government
Notification/Resolution dated 29.04.2010 issued for the grant of
remission in Golden Jubilee celebration.

In
view of the above, the present appeal has become infructuous and
stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
