Present
application has been filed by the applicant original respondent
for review of the order passed by this Court on 13/12/1993 in
Special
Civil Application No. 3168 of 1988.

Considering
the fact that the order which is sought to be reviewed has been
passed in the year 1993 in the petition of 1988, After a period of
about 17 years, the order passed in the year 1993 cannot be
reviewed. Hence present application is dismissed.
