The
applicant/original petitioner has filed this Misc. Civil Application
for condonation of delay of 272 days, caused in filing the
restoration application and also for restoration of S.C.A.(Stamp)
No.2945/2009.
Heard
Ms. R.V. Acharya, learned advocate appearing for the applicant and
perused the memo of application. Considering the averments made in
the application, the delay caused in filing this restoration
application is hereby condoned and S.C.A. (Stamp) No.2945/2009 is
restored to file, on condition that office objection, if any, shall
be removed within one week from today. With this direction, this
Misc. Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
Office
is directed to give Pukka Number to the S.C.A. (Stamp) No.2945/2009
after the office objection is removed and place it for admission
hearing on 12th January, 2011.
