                         J U D G M E N T

In the matter of supply of Gas cylinders, there is already an

interim order dated 05.01.2006. This writ petition is disposed of

in terms of the said interim order with liberty to the petitioner to

move the first respondent regarding the subsidy, in which case,

the first respondent will duly consider the matter with notice to

the petitioner and second respondent.
