6 15-9-2011 Mr. Durgesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for

the petitioner, submits that the present revision application

is not maintainable in view of the decision in Durga Devi

Vs. Vijay Kumar Poddar, reported in 2010(2) PLJR 954 ,

and makes a prayer to convert this revision application into

an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of

India.

The prayer is allowed. Four weeks’ time is

allowed to convert this revision application into an

application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India,

failing which this revision application shall stand rejected

without further reference to the bench.
