I heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. Both

the parties would submit that Justice K.Padmanabhan Nair, Retired Judge

of High Court of Kerala can be appointed as the Arbitrator in the matter.

2. In such circumstances I allow the Arbitration Request

and appoint Justice K.Padmanabhan Nair, Retired Judge of High Court

of Kerala to be the Arbitrator in respect of the matters in issue.
