JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is a Medical Officer in the
Department of Ayurveda, had appeared for a departmental
test-Account Test for Executive Officers, held on 3rd and 4th
of January, 2008. Apparently, he failed in both the subjects
and he applied for rechecking of the answer sheets, as
evidenced by Ext.P1. The result of the rechecking has not
been intimated to the petitioner so far.
2. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the 1st
respondent to disclose to the petitioner the result of
rechecking of his answer sheets, at any rate, on or before
30.6.2008.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
