8. 20.7.2010 Learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr Ajay
Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the opposite party-University as
also the State are present.
No show cause has been filed on behalf of the State
except in M.J.C. No.1415 of 2010 and M.J.C. No.1416 of 2010.
Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that
the copy of the show cause filed on behalf of the University has not
been served on them and, as such, they are not in a position to file
their show cause considering the allegations made in the contempt
application as also the show cause of the University.
Learned counsel for the University submits that the
copy of the show cause would be served on the learned counsel for the
State within a period of one week. During the same period, learned
counsel for the petitioners shall also serve copy of the rejoinder on the

learned counsel for the State.
