Facts
:
1. Both the parties were heard on 20/8/2008.
2. The appellant has grievances relating to excess amount of telephone bills.
In this context, he has sought for action taken on his various complaints. The
CPIO has duly replied and furnished the information on the basis of available
records.
3. During the hearing, the CPIO agreed to examine the matter relating to
excess bills through telephone adalat.
Decision:
4. As agreed between the parties, the appellant is advised to take up the
matter relating to his excess telephone bills, with the telephone adalat.
5. The CPIO, a member of the telephone adalat, should make sincere efforts
to resolve the dispute at the earliest.
6. Both the parties should cooperate in the matter and do the needful at the
earliest, preferably within one month from the date of issue of this decision.
