Facts
The matter was heard on 28.11.2008 and an Interim Order passed wherein
Shri V.P. Bansal, Dy. Director (LAB) (H) was directed to make fresh efforts to trace
out the file. Pursuant thereto the matter was heard again on 24.12.2008 when Shri
V.P. Bansal informed the Commission that the concerned file has been trace out. In
view of this, a decision was recorded on 24.12.2008.
2. It appears that this file has been mistakenly opened by the Registry as the
matter has already been decided by this Commission.
DECISION
3. Hence, the file is ordered to be closed.
