also admits that he has no instruction regarding any

payment to the petitioner, despite the Order, dated

21.09.2009.

Let this matter be listed on 13 th of

October, 2011, retaining its position.

On that date, the Vice Chancellor, Tilka

Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur and the

Registrar will remain physically present in Court to

show-cause as to why a proceeding of contempt be

not initiated against them for showing intentional

disregard to the direction of this Court.
