Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that in the present case,
notice was not sent at the correct address, the same has not been served upon
the applicant.

Issue notice to O.P. No. 2 returnable within four weeks.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and
the learned A.G.A. further proceedings of Complaint Case No. 192/IX /09
under section 138 N.I.Act, P.S. Govind Nagar , District Mathura,pending in
the court of J.M.VII, Mathura shall remain stayed till the next date of listing.
List after four weeks for orders.
