On behalf of the respondent-State, it is submitted that

the writ application has become infructuous inasmuch as this related to

a transfer of a teaching doctor from Darbhanga Medical College,

Darbhanga to Patliputra Medical College, Dhanbad, which was made

as back as in 1998.

Having appreciated the submission, the writ application

is disposed of as such.
