Let notice be issued to the opposite party No.2, under registered cover
with A/D as well as by ordinary process, on his present and correct address, to
which requisite etc. must be filed within a week, failing to which this petition
shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench.

Put up this case after three weeks.

Till next date, there shall be stay of further proceedings as against the
petitioners in C.P. Case No.935/2006 pending before Sri A.K. Dubey, Judicial
Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad or his successor.
