Background
1. The Applicant filed an RTI application dt.12.4.10 with the PIO, AIR, Jaipur seeking all the orders
issued by Station Engineer and Statio Director on 9.4.10. Shri Atul Gupta, PIO replied on 10.5.10
stating that no order had been issued by both the officials on 9.4.10. Being aggrieved with the reply,
the Applicant filed a complaint dt.25.5.10 before CIC.
2. The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit, Information Commissioner, scheduled the hearing for October
21, 2010.
3. Shri Sudhir Rakhecha, CPIO, Shri Ramawatar Meena, PEX and Shri S.K.Vyas, A.O represented the
Public Authority.
4. The Complainant was not present during the hearing.
Decision
5. The Commission holds that complete information has been provided and accordingly disposes of the
appeal and closes the case at the Commission’s end.
