Sri Akhilesh Singh, learned counsel appearing for opposite party no. 3 states
that Dr. Sharda Singh since has given birth to a child on 22.11.2009 and due
to post natal problem, she could not attend the court today and some other
date be fixed since the doctor has advised her to take bed rest.

As prayed, list on 25.2.2010. On the said date Dr Sharda Singh shall appear
before the court to apprise as to whether she is agreeable for sending the
matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court or not.

Interim order granted earlier shall continue till the next date of listing.
