Interlocutory application has been filed by the

petitioner for amending the relief in the main writ

application by making additional relief for quashing of

notification dated 24.2.2011, whereby Respondents 4

and 5 have been promoted on the post of Assistant

Professor with retrospective date i.e. 24.3.2004

(Annexure-18).

Interlocutory application is allowed. The

amended relief will form part of the main writ

application.
