FACTS
The matter is heard today dated 30.5.2011. Appellant present. The
public authority is represented by Dr. Ajai Prakash Gupta, (PIO) and Shri S. R. Alam,
(APIO). The parties are heard.
2. It is the submission of the appellant that he was recommended for
selection as Scientist E-2 in IIIM, Jammu in 2008 by the Selection Committee but this
recommendation was cancelled by the Director after about an year. Dr. Gupta submits
that the recommendation of the Selection Committee was not approved by the Director
for certain technical reasons.
3. This may well be so. In the premises, we hereby direct Shri Gupta to
give inspection of all the relevant documents to the appellant and to take copies thereof,
free of cost, in 04 weeks time.
