Sri J.K.Tewari, learned Standing Counsel prays for and is allowed two weeks’
time to verify the notification by which the degree of Ayurved Shashtri
awarded by Indian Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, Delhi was included in the Second
Schedule of The Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970.
A large number of cases are coming to the Court in which the degrees given
by Nikhil Bharatvarshiya Ayurved Vdiyapeetham, Delhi, have been annexed.
We direct the office of the Chief Standing Counsel to allow Sri J.K.Tewari, to
visit the office of the Nikhil Bhartvarshiya Ayurved Vidyapeetham at Delhi,
and to submit a report of the validity of the degrees awarded by it to the
Court.
A copy of this order shall also be given to the learned Chief Standing Counsel
within 24 hours.
