When the matter came up today for orders, standing counsel for the

University has produced before me order dated 21/3/2009 issued by the

Registrar of the University appointing the petitioner as Lecturer, in

pursuance to the judgment in WPC NO.32974/07.

In view of the order now issued, the contempt petition is closed.
