                      J U D G M E N T

Alleging disobedience of Annexure-A1 interim order

dated 02/12/2009 in W.P.(C).No.12757/2008, this contempt of

court case has been filed. The learned Standing Counsel

for the University submitted that a decision was taken by

the Syndicate in its meeting held on 06/03/2010, in terms

of the directions issued by this Court, and the University

has passed a detailed order on 10/03/2010 which has been

produced as Annexure R1(a). In the light of the above, the

contempt of court case is closed. If the petitioner is

aggrieved by any of the decision taken by the Syndicate in

the matter, he can seek remedies in the pending writ

petition.
