ORDER
Petitioner is the wife and respondent, the husband. This
petition is filed to transfer O.P(HM)1207/06 pending before
Family Court, Thrissur to Family Court, Palakkad. Case of the
petitioner is that she is residing at Palakkad and it is not
possible for her to travel to Thrissur and contest the case. As
the wife expressed difficulty to travel to Thrissur and contest
the case, petition is allowed. O.P(HM) 1207/06 on the file of
Family Court, Thrissur is withdrawn and transferred to Family
Court, Palakkad for disposal in accordance with law. Family
Court, Palakkad is to decide whether case can be tried at
Camp sitting at Ottapalam.
