Facts
:
1. The appellant has asked for details of the process of recruitment to
the post of DDG (Agr. Ext). The CPIO has answered all the questions, about
13, with which the appellant is not satisfied. He has alleged that complete and
correct information has not been furnished to him.
Decision:
2. The CPIO has furnished a point-wise response and that he has not
claimed exemption, u/s 8(1) of the Act, from disclosure of any information.
Since the appellant has not indicated as to which information, as per section
2(f) of the Act, has been refused to him, this appeal is considered
unnecessary and tantamount to misuse of the provisions of the Act.
3. The appeal is thus disposed of.
