                              J U D G M E N T

Petitioner seeks a direction to the Public Service

Commission to accommodate the petitioner in the available

vacancy in the post of Assistant Surgeon on the premise that she

is included in Exhibit P5 rank list.

Learned counsel for the Public Service Commission

Mr.Alexander Thomas submits that the main list in Exhibit P5 is

already exhausted. It is not possible to operate the rank list.

Submission is correct and it is recorded. In the result, the writ

petition is dismissed.
