the case for filing counter affidavit.

The writ petition was filed in the year 2008 and in the

year 2011, a prayer has been made to adjourn the case for filing

counter affidavit.

Prayer is allowed.

List this case after eight weeks for filing counter affidavit

on behalf of Respondent/Magadh University. Before filing counter

affidavit, the Respondents particularly Respondent nos.4 and 5 are

directed to pay all the admitted dues of the petitioner, if not paid.

Such fact should be reflected in the counter affidavit, which is to be

filed within eight weeks.
