4 4.3.2011 There are three matters which are clubbed together
because common question of law are required to be adjudicated.
There is counter affidavit in the first case but in
other two writ applications no counter affidavit has been filed in
the last one year. The Court as a final indulgence to State to come
out with its stand grants three weeks time to file counter affidavits
as also serve copy thereof upon the respective counsel for the
petitioners. Petitioners will have a weeks time to respond thereof,
if it is required. It is made clear that if the affidavits are not filed
by the State the Court will be free to impose a cost of Rs. 5000/-
on the next date.
All these three matters will come up in the same
position on 1st April, 2011.
