JUDGMENT
Raman, J.
Exts.P3 and P4 are complaints made by the Manager of the
Fr.Joseph Memorial High Secondary School to the Deputy
Superintendent of Police, Muvattupuzha and also the Sub Inspector of
Police, Kothamangalam respectively. It is stated that a football
tournament is conducted in the school premises from 16/12/2007 to
30/12/2007 and there is some untoward incident happened on
17/12/2007 and the petitioner sought police protection. He apprehends
that there will be continued disturbance to the conduct of the
tournament and hence this writ petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the
learned Government Pleader.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be
direction to the Sub Inspector of Police, Kothamangalam to see that

law and order situation is maintained during the days on which the
football tournament is conducted.
Writ Petition is disposed of.
