04. 19.08.2010 Heard learned counsels representing the parties and

Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

After some arguments, it emerged that the dispute

between the parties may be amicably settled and learned counsels

assured to arrive at positive solution.

On their request list this case after three weeks at top five

cases and it is expected that before the case is listed, the dispute must

have been resolved and this court will be informed in writing about

the outcome of negotiation.
