The petitioner has challenged the impugned suspension order dated
05.03.2008, as contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition.
Vide order dated 02.04.2008, this Court stayed the operation of the
impugned suspension order dated 05.03.2008.
Learned State Counsel is not in a position to inform the present status of
the disciplinary proceedings.
Since the suspension order of the petitioner is of 2008, therefore, in the
interest of justice, it is hereby directed that if the disciplinary
proceedings have not yet been concluded, the same will be concluded
by the authority concerned as per law within a period of three months
from the date of receiving a copy of this order and the outcome of the
same will be communicated to the petitioner.
Interim order dated 02.04.2008 will continue to remain in operation till
completion of departmental proceedings.
Learned State Counsel will communicate the order of this Court to the
authority concerned.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is
disposed of finally.
