This writ petition has been filed to pay the retrial dues
of the petitioner who was working as Professor & Head of the
Department of Botany in S. Sinha College, Aurangabad which is a
constituent unit of Magadh University, Bodh Gaya.
The petitioner retired on 31.1.2000. After ten years of
retirement he has still not been paid his dues. This court directs
that the admissible dues of the petitioner should be calculated
within a period of three months on receipt of a copy of this order.
A copy of the calculation of the dues should be sent by the
Registrar of the University to the petitioner. The petitioner may
file his objection before the Registrar if there is any mistake, who
is bound to consider and dispose of the objection by a speaking
order within two months thereafter. In the mean time the admitted
dues should be paid to the petitioner within two months of the
calculation.
This writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid
observation and direction.
