                              O R D E R

The writ petition was disposed of by judgment dated 16th of

July, 2010 on the assumption that Dr.Girish, who is now posted at

Kunnamkulam is senior to the petitioner and the 3rd respondent in

the writ petition. The ground taken in the review petition is that

the said finding is factually incorrect.

2. Learned Government Pleader also confirms the

position. If that be so, the judgment is vitiated by an error

apparent on the face of it.

3. Therefore the review petition is allowed.

Post the writ petition for admission.
