Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner seeks quashing of the advertisement dated 09th June, 2010
published by Janta Inter College, Mundia Dhureki, Bisauli, District Badaun
for appointment of teacher for Classes IX to XII under self-finance scheme.
Appointment as part time teacher in an institution referable to Section 7-AA
of the Intermediate Education Act is regulated by the Government Order
dated 10th August, 2001, which lays down a detail procedure for appointment
in the institutions run under the self-financing scheme.
In view of the aforesaid, if the petitioner has any grievance in the matter of
publication of the advertisement, he is at liberty to approach the District
Inspector of Schools, Badaun (respondent no. 4) at the first instance.
In view of the aforesaid, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the
petitioner to make a representation ventilating all his grievances before
respondent no. 4 within two weeks from today along with certified copy of
this order. On such representation being made, respondent no. 4 shall consider
and decide the same by means of a reasoned speaking order, after affording
opportunity of hearing to the Committee of Management, preferably within
six weeks from the date the representation is so filed.
