8. 3.11.2010 Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly

submits that the order stands complied but raises a

grievance with regard to the correct date of absorption,

consequent promotion and salary.

Those are aspects which can appropriately

be considered if the petitioner represents which is

required to be disposed by a reasoned and speaking

order expeditiously considering that he has already

superannuated.

The proceeding stands disposed.
