ORDER
Background
1. The Applicant filed an RTI application dt.8.12.08 with the PIO, BHU seeking information against 10
points. He filed a complaint dt.25.8.10 before CIC stating that his first appeal dt.14.11.09 to the Vice
Chancellor was forwarded to the designated First Appellate Authority on 17.11.09 and on not receiving a reply
he was constrained to write to him directly on 27.5.10 which was forwarded by the Appellate Authority to Asst.
Registrar on 31.5.10 who has not bothered to reply o it till date..
Decision
2. The Commission on perusal of the documents on record noted that there was no linkage between
the appeal that was submitted to the Commission and the remaining documents including the RTI
application and therefore in the absence of the correct RTI application dismissed the appeal. The
Appellant and the Respondent were informed accordingly.
