The complainant has filed this writ petition for conduct a speedy, fair and
proper investigation in case crime No. 33 of 2010, under Sections
406/420/467/468/471 IPC registered at Police Station Ghazipur, District
Lucknow.

Learned A.G.A. informs that the C.O. has filed the charge-sheet before the
court concerned which has taken cognizance. The writ petition has not
become infructuous.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous.
