the petitioner and Sri Hansraj, learned counsel appearing on

behalf of Respondents/Magadh University on Interlocutory

Application vide I.A.No.6744 of 2007, which was filed in the

month of December, 2007 with a prayer to amend the prayer

portion of the writ petition to the extent for quashing of the

Notification dated 18.9.2007 issued by the University, whereby

the pension of the petitioner was fixed at lower scale.

I.A.No.6744 of 2007 stands allowed.

As prayed by Sri Hansraj, learned counsel appearing

on behalf of Magadh University, six weeks time is granted to

obtain further instruction and file further counter affidavit.

Put up this case after ten weeks.
